About this property

Hidden Treasure Near Downtown!

  • Our private guest room with deck and private entrance is ready for you! The room is part of a 2010 addition to our 1890's home. We live on nearly two acres tucked away right near Downtown Asheville. Just a 15 minute walk to some of our region's most fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries and fun! Our property boarders the University of North Carolina Asheville campus. We are also very close to Asheville Botanical Gardens, North Asheville Tailgate Market, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. There is a queen bed and bath with a large walk in shower. Included is a small area with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle. We also stock locally roasted coffee with accompaniments and a selection of tea.
