About this property

Heart of Downtown with Parking - Bright, Historic

Fabulous, sunny, 660 square foot 1 bedroom apartment in a 1920's historic home. Epicenter of the restaurant and brewery scene, everything is steps away. Private parking…you won’t need your car for anything downtown. Second floor with large windows and hardwood floors. Bedroom has a comfy queen bed, with full trundle. Living room has a luxurious couch and ottoman which can also serve as a sleeper when combined. Claw foot tub with shower. Full sized, equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Sling. While we are new to VRBO, we have been hosting for 8 years and absolutely love it.

Great location and accommodations

This was very easy to find and a super location where we could walk to places in South Slope or downtown area. Loved the way the place was decorated and would definitely choose this VRBO the next time we're in Asheville!

Relaxing Retreat

We were so fortunate to find April’s place for our one night stay. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking spot and being close to the south slope neighborhood was perfect, the area is very walkable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was great to have the opportunity to meet April too. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable space in an ideal location for exploring Asheville!

I had such a great stay at this property! It has everything you need and was clean & cozy. My favorite feature is the phenomenal location. It’s just a quick walk to the breweries on the South Slope and lots of great restaurants. I also enjoyed being able to walk to Wake Foot Sanctuary at Grove Arcade, it was such a great place to unwind after a long drive! Host was helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

We had a fabulous girls night on the town and home base was this apartment. It was cute and clean as could be and perfect for our needs. Central to everything downtown, within walking distance to Asheville Yards where we went to see Sierra Ferrell (so good!). The hosts were excellent at communicating with us, even letting us know in advance that Sierra had booked extra shows in Asheville the next two nights and asked if we wanted to book additional nights. Unfortunately, all we gals had was one day off of work. But it was so worth it! Thanks for being part of a wonderful memory for my sister and I 3 I will definitely book again when returning for any event in Asheville in the future
