Gallery at 35 Patton

  • Luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1800 square foot loft with 20 foot ceilings in a fully restored historic building in the heart of Asheville will take you to another place in time representative of the progressive age of America while enjoying the modern amenities of today.
    Previous owner is a well known Asheville artist Eli Corbin and many of her works remain on display throughout the condo along with art and artifacts procured from around the world.
    The condo is situated between a Lexington and Church in the center of downtown. One block from Vance Plaza across from which Is Asheville’s famous Pack Square with weekend concerts.
