Located in Asheville’s vibrant town center at 59 Broadway, The Sinclair allows convenient access to the many points of interest and entertainment venues for which Asheville is known. Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available.

An easy going host with an awesome location!

The location was fantastic, and Mike was a great host. He let us stay late because my friends flight got canceled. He is a no stress host and I will stay there whenever I visit Asheville again.

Beautiful place, and great location.

This is the second time we’ve been to the Sinclair properties and love them. This one was 202 which we liked better than 201 because it was quieter at night.

Fantastic spot in downtown Asheville

This spacious modern loft-style property is spotless. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed the short walk to delicious restaurants and shopping in the downtown area. The communication was clear. If you’re looking for a great spot to stay during a trip to Asheville, you cannot beat this one. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Wonderful experience.

Fabulous

Another great stay at the Sinclair! The residence is in a fabulous location in downtown, yet it's ultra quiet. Immaculately clean with high end modern furnishings with all the comforts of home. The owner, Peter, is so nice and extremely responsive. The best place to stay in Asheville. We are already looking forward to a return.

Great location; everything you need away from home

This was our 2nd stay at The Sinclair. Once again, Peter has ensured everything you could possibly need or want is available to his guests. Technology abounds here; from the automatic blinds in the living area to the bose speakers in the living areas and bedroom. The kitchen is fully staffed and we learned to love a french press coffeemaker during our stay. You won't go wrong staying here.

Great location, great property

Apartment was clean, well-maintained and uncluttered. Kitchen was well-stocked with pantry staples. Location is in the middle of the restaurants and shops of downtown Asheville, with almost everything a quarter-mile walk or less. It was great having secure, covered parking for our car. Property owner was a great help in resolving an issue. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Asheville.

Perfect Location

A three night girls' get away, this place worked beautifully for us. Thoughtfully designed one-bedroom suite easily accommodated the four of us. The space was uncluttered, clean, with modern furnishings. Despite its location on a busy street, we felt safe due to the abundant security. Once we parked in the garage at the start of our stay, we did not have to get in the car again until the end of our stay. I would certainly rent here again.

Amazing Property

This met (or exceeded!) all our expectations - clean, modern, comfortable - esp. the mattress, and the location put most of downtown Asheville within walking distance. Having the parking space was definitely a plus; we have a RAV4, and it fit. Peter, the owner, was fabulous at communicating, a trait that I look for in the properties we rent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed for a few days after Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. The location is super convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops (one directly across the street), restaurants, shops, and the art museum (just a few blocks away). The apartment is clean and beautiful and gave us a real city feel. It reminded us of our days sans children living in Brooklyn. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the little notes left throughout the apartment. I would definitely do another stay here and highly recommend the place to others!

Favorite and ONLY Place to Stay in AVL

This was our third stay at the Sinclair and we will definitely be back. We are huge fans!. Directions to the Sinclair are easy. Centrally located in Downtown Asheville. Love the amenities, the design and the space of our unit. We really adore everything about the Sinclair. Everything is comfortable, absolutely clean. Nothing seems worn out or dingy. Everything seems new and bright, like it's all been freshly made for us. The Sinclair is not only our favorite place to stay in AVL, it's the only place we'll stay.

In the middle of it all!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sinclair from the moment we walked in the door. The atmosphere was modern yet warm and there was plenty of space to relax. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into the decor, stocking the kitchen, and amenities like bluetooth music, black out shades, and organic soaps. What makes this nice space unique is that you are in the middle of downtown Asheville. We arrived later in the evening and wanted to grab something to eat. We walked out to a selection of restaurants and lively places to grab a drink. We had a ton of fun exploring the city around us during our stay! I would highly recommend The Sinclair. It really gave the complete experience!

We have stayed at multiple HomeAway/VRBO properties and found this one to be the best equipped.

We stayed for a week ending July 16, 2016. The property was as advertised and the real perk was the garage parking as it can be difficult to find parking in downtown Asheville. The condo was clean, spacious and well-designed. The utilization of technology was very impressive yet incredibly easy to use. It was nice to hook up our own music through the bluetooth system and the ability to watch premium television stations. It was also centrally located and easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. One possible improvement would be to have blackout shades in the bedroom if you wanted to sleep a bit later in the morning. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and intend to visit again in the future.

Home Away from Home

The Sinclair is our home away from home when we stay in Asheville. Ideally located near restaurants and shops in downtown with easy access to all the area's attractions, The Sinclair is perfect for short or extended stays. Hosts Peter and Constance have thoughtfully created a comfy, spacious, and tastefully decorated apartment with every convenience you will need. The apartment is very quiet and elegantly furnished with cozy sofas and an inviting bed that is perfect for a long night's sleep. The kitchen has everything you will need should you wish to stay at home and watch Netflix on the big screen TV. With plenty of windows and soft mountain light, the living area is a perfect oasis for putting your feet up and reading while listening to your favorite music from the Bluetooth speakers. My only caveat is for folks who have trouble with stairs, make sure to ask for unit 301 which has a private elevator. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay in Asheville, you can't find better than The Sinclair.

An awesome place to stay in the heart of Asheville!!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this newly remodeled, beautifully furnished apartment in the middle of everything. The kitchen had a regular coffee maker and a french press as well as everything else you would need to cook meals (but why would you want to do that when you can walk to loads of restaurants). The king bed and extra pillows were super comfortable for both of us. There is also a futon/sofa in the living room for any company/visitors. There was a massive full bath and also a half bath where i got to set up camp (I'm easy to please). Another perk to the Sinclair was the parking garage off of the alley. Really convenient but don't expect to park there if you're driving a 1977 Cadillac DeVille. My Ford Edge fit nicely but it takes a little wrangling to get it in from the alley. This was a great home base for wandering around Asheville and checking the awesome breweries, restaurants and live music nightly. The Biltmore was a 15 minute drive, Sierra Nevada about 30 minutes, and the Blue Ridge Parkway about 15 minutes. All in all the perfect vacation for a couple of late fifty's gippers! Chances are we will be back next year!!
