Located in Asheville’s vibrant town center at 59 Broadway, The Sinclair allows convenient access to the many points of interest and entertainment venues for which Asheville is known. Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available.

The residence is furnished in a contemporary style with a kitchen and bath fully-equipped for your personal and entertainment needs.

Perfect downtown location!

One of the nicest VRBO experiences ever! Not only was the location perfect, the clean,high end finishes in this apartment were stunning. We will certainly return here on our next trip to Asheville. Thank you for the gift from the gift shop downstairs!

Great space! Great location!

Loved the space. Furniture was modern. Wi-Fi was great for working remotely. Easily walkable to tons of places. Near the art museum, Grove mall, lots of restaurants, lots of cute shops. Owner was good at communicating. Parking spot is a tight squeeze, but it's nice for those with a car.

A beautiful downtown oasis

Impeccably decorated and exceptionally comfortable, the Sinclair is a perfect apartment for a longer stay (in this case, almost two months). The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are all top notch. We are very happy to have found it and couldn't imagine a nicer place to call home in Asheville. Thank you, Peter and Sarah!

Labor Day weekend getaway

Upon arriving at our destination, we noticed the ideal location of our VRBO. From the security of having a garage in the heart of downtown Asheville to a beautiful view of the streets, this rental property checked all the blocks we were looking for in a rental. The design of the property, the amenities, and the accommodations were ideal for a perfect weekend getaway. The host, Peter, was in constant communication and provided us with all we could ask for.

Comfortable modern apartment in convenient location

This beautifully decorated apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the many quaint shops, wonderful restaurants & breweries in Asheville. Upon arrival, my husband & I found everything spotless with lovely linens, comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped & top of the line kitchen - even a French press! We felt very safe in the second story just above the shops on Broadway and appreciated the private garage below. We spent a lot of time exploring around the Asheville area and always enjoyed our return to the apartment for a great night's sleep.

Fantastic Experience

After reading all reviews, it’s difficult to compose unique commentary. Instead, I’ll strongly echo the accolades shared by others: exceptionally clean, ideal location, very comfortable, well equipped and comprehensive, timely communication by hosts. We would not change a thing and hope to be back to the Sinclair #201 again. Our best VRBO experience ever!

Bountiful natural light

Gorgeous, modern, light-filled, apartment in a fabulous location in Asheville. I’ve never booked a place that was so well-equipped. The parking spot was a huge bonus as parking is an issue downtown. My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend. We walked to all our meals and explored the downtown shopping. Peter helped us w personal recommendations for hikes that we also thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend the Sinclair.

Perfect apartment in downtown Asheville

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at the Sinclair! It is a perfect location for walking downtown without the hassle of finding a street parking spot. The apartment was clean and we were even able to check in early. Be sure to bring a small car when using this garage as it is a very tight space. We had to do lots of maneuvering in our SUV since all of the small rental cars were sold out, but we made it work. Other than that it is a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful city of Asheville! We look forward to staying here again next time we come.

Awesome!

Loved this property. My husband and I have decided that apartments like this are the way to go (designed and decorated to make the guest feel like they are away at a hotel and indulging). It was immaculate, beautifully decorated (nice pottery, pillows, and furniture), and right down town (with the bedroom in back so quiet when sleeping). We'll definitely bring our kids back and stay in the larger apartment. Only warning is the garage -- don't bring a big car -- we are told this clearly with pictures in the description of the apartment but a second warning from me can't hurt.

Absolutely my FAVORITE Place to stay in Asheville! Just stunning in every way possible!

This gorgeously decorated urban style loft is open and bright. You walk in and are immediately sucked in by a wall of windows....with an inviting window seat. The kitchen is open and cheerful, and is stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing if you even thought you were going to cook dinner while in Asheville. The thoughtfulness of our hosts were seen throughout the loft....I want to thank you so much for all the lovely touches. From the laundry soaps to all the pampering makeup remover supplies in the bathroom ❤️. We love Asheville and can’t wait to return...we certainly will be coming back to this wonderful rental!

Downtown Fun

The owners have done a nice job with this building. It has all the finest amenities, and they thought of everything. The location is amazing! We loved it. The only issues we had was with the cleanliness of the property and the bed in the master. When we arrived I went to use the restroom and the toilet was full of feces, so much that when it was flushed it still left the stains. The couch, which is white in leather, had long black hairs on it. The white linens on the bed were very dirty with dust and hair and needed to be wiped off a ton before I would get in the bed. These things I would think would be obvious to a cleaning crew. Especially for the amount of money renters have to pay in cleaning fees. The bed frame in the master is very dangerous. It has corners at the bottom end that stick out and are hidden by the linens. My husband hit his shin severely and cut it open, twice! Other than those issues, we had a great time! Downtown Asheville is amazing!
