Comfortable furniture and new appliances to make your stay relaxing and easy. This 1st floor 2 bedroom features 2 king masters, each with private baths. The unit comes with one garage parking space for midsize vehicle (length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions). No pets please.

Perfect Downtown Location

The property was excellent, perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to 98% of what we planned to do over our long weekend in Asheville. I don’t need to restate everything downtown has to offer plus it was convenient for the short hikes we had planned. The apartment was the right size for comfort and very upscale.

This spot had everything you could ask for. Really clean and comfortable and a great location for walking to explore everything downtown has to offer.We would definitely stay here again.

Very, very clean and great amenities as listed! Comfy and cozy in this chilly weather. Going down the alley was a lill leary but after figuring out where the garage door was it was fine. And, us flat landers had to ask someone about what floor we'd be on since the garage was a basement. Easy access to so much music, art and eateries. Visited The Omni Grove Park and Biltmore Estate and this condo was so conveniently close to both. Would def book again!
