This property is so comfortable and just like being at home. All the conveniences and amenities you would need. Location is perfect for walking around the downtown area. Will be back and absolutely stay here again.

The location was so convenient to the River Arts District - and the restaurants and shops.
The condo was well appointed, clean and modern.
And the secure parking was a plus.

The condo was clean and accommodated me and my husband and another couple perfectly. Centrally located in downtown Asheville we parked the car and walked everywhere!! the condo is located in a very secure building and directly across the street from the city bus hub! We will be back!
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were clean and good quality, furniture comfortable, and check in was super easy. The location is a block or too from many restaurants, we ate really well while we were there. It is across from a bus station that was a bit noisy in the morning.
Actual apartment was fantastic for four people and very clean! Parking was a bit of a nightmare given we had more than one car, and the fact that the building is across from the public transportation hub where all the homeless hang out. Not being able to check in until 4 was also a minor issue! Overall, solid spot!
Very pleased with our two bedroom unit.
Needed the wi fi and ice maker fixed… did them right away. Garbage not removed one day! No big deal. Cleaning crew did a great job.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, updated and safe. It wasn’t in the heart of downtown but within walking distance, and right above a delicious poke bowl restaurant! It was also close to the Biltmore. The directions were easy to follow and came before our stay. Be aware there are lots of codes, but I appreciated that given it’s across from a bus station. Our only complaint is that the batteries in one of the bedroom remotes died, which was inconvenient after being on our feet all day. We would definitely stay again!
Great place to stay for strolling downtown. Close to so many restaurants and entertainment. Parking garage is tight!! We have a midsize SUV. Any larger would have been bad! We used the paid parking for the extra car. Location was good but it would be so much nicer if it gave you the opportunity to pay for multiple 8 hour blocks at once. Had to set an alarm to add time during the night.
We were in a great location to walk to most of breweries and restaurants. Easy access to doors/elevators but I had to keep all the codes handy as they were all different. Parking was awful for our friends who drove separate. Only one spot in the garage. Even with the parking lot literally on the side of the building, our friends had to pay every 8 hrs. Yes there were garages but not as close as the parking lot.
Very modern well appointed apartment in downtown Ashville across from the bus station. Walking distance to downtown but neighborhood a little sketchy.
The condo had nice furnishings very comfortable beds and a nice patio that you could watch the traffic in downtown Asheville.
Lots of codes to remember to get in the garage elevator and the condo. We had to call to get updated codes. My wife mentioned it was almost like an escape room in reverse.
We would stay here again.
Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The apartment was clean and true to the pictures. There were extra linens, towels as well as other basic supplies. The location was as described: walking distance to downtown. However, the building is right across from a the bus station and the area is a bit sketchy if you’re walking alone at night. There was dedicated indoor parking which was very convenient. The management company was very responsive. The building was clean and quiet. The one downside was that the unit is located on the 5th floor and the elevator went out of service on the day we arrived. So that meant walking up and down 5 flights and we had an elderly relative! Over the three days we were there the elevator was not repaired. Hugely inconvenient. But beyond that we would certainly re omens this apartment.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Everything downtown was accessible by walking and the reserved parking spot in the garage helped with getting everywhere else. There is a music venue right across the street that can be very clearly heard from the condo (free concerts!) but don't worry about the noise too much as they were done by 10 both nights there were shows.
