Excellent condo

Spacious condo in an excellent location close to downtown. Very clean, nice furnishings and comfortable. The condo is on ground level next to parking lot which made it very easy to come and go. Please note one bedroom is next to lot and the lights from cars and street light can make it bright. I brought an eye mask so it wasn’t a problem for me. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, quiet, classy downtown rental

The apartment is spacious and has open floor plan with high ceilings and modern clean design. Beds were super comfortable, and communication with host was very easy. Would rent again! we were all happy with our choice. A few places for improvement: More towels would be appreciated. Three towels were provided for three people for three days… One or two extras would be a nicer touch. Check in procedure required a few extra steps including dowloading an app, and enabling with password, in addition to locked entry. Glad we read instructions ahead of time- would have been a little stressful to trouble shoot steps while trying to get in.

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at this property in Asheville. You can walk to most things you would like to do downtown which was super convenient and the reason we chose to stay here. The condo was clean and the property management was very responsive to emails. The kitchen was adequately equipped but I was glad I wasn't planning on doing major cooking. The condo is located on the main level and right by the parking lot which was convenient but the lights from the parking lot shine directly into the master bedroom window. They were super bright and the shades were useless in keeping out the light. This is really the only complaint I have for the condo. I would stay again but only if they install some blackout shades on those windows!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were specifically looking at downtown accomodations. This location was perfect in terms of walkability to coffee, bakery, shops, galleries, restaurants. We only drove a few times. Property access was easy. Property was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We wanted to show off Asheville to our family from PA. The location was awesome and it was a perfect spot for our 2 day weekend stay. Everything is walkable. We did drive to Black Mountain for a nice hike. it was good to see the town so busy after the storm. There is more work to be done, but we were happy to support Asheville
