Beautiful cabin in great location

We had a wonderful stay at the Cedar Cabin! The living area was large with plenty of seating options, and the beautiful kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed eating breakfast at the kitchen island while looking out at the mountain view. The location was great - easy to get in and out of downtown Asheville, and nice and secluded. I highly recommend booking!

The home was very clean and nice. It was just disappointing that there was no fire pit and the propane tank for the gas grill was so stuck shut making the grill inoperable. My son and I could not grill out.

Great location - few details could be better

The house is charming, clean, as described, and in a great location. Everything was stocked properly. Wooded setting is relaxing. Only reason for not 5 stars is the furniture is a bit uncomfortable. Bed is soft but has hump in the middle. Couches make you sink in awkwardly.

Best Friend Birthday Getaway

The property was beautiful! Perfect for a girls trip. Location was far enough away from the city bustle, and close enough to the city bustle for tons of sites, activities and great places to eat and shop. Thank you for this beautiful home!

Amazing Mountain Cabin

This cabin has it all! It is clean, cozy, and modern. The host thought of everything we might want or need. It is very close to town. We even watched a white squirrel and four bears from the porch.

Nice Mountain Getaway

Cabin provided a great place to enjoy Asheville, tucked away in the woods. Close enough to quickly see all the sites you need with enough privacy to enjoy some time away. Extra perks with the wildlife around the house, fun to experience!

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Great location, close to everything. It was a bit difficult navigating the winding, steep roads, but we got use to it. Well appointed and meticulously maintained. Overall, a very good experience.

Fall vacation

Came to Asheville to celebrate husband’s birthday and wanted to stay close to town but have the mountain experience. This home was the best of both worlds. Secluded yet so conveniently located to downtown Asheville to explore and enjoy the gourmet foods, shops etc… I would definitely stay here again.

Mountain getaway

Asheville weekend

Beautiful home, super updated and clean. Close to downtown and outdoor attractions. Driveway/road is tricky as you approach the cabin, four wheel drive suggested due to ruts in the roadway. Thank you for letting us use your lovely cabin!

Peace in the woods, near to everything in AVL!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cedar Cabin is beautifully appointed, and the woodsy setting is lovely!! It is the best of both worlds to be in a place that is meticulously decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and amenities, yet still be in nature. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything in Asheville and the surrounding communities. It should be noted that the road and driveway are quite curvy and steep, which was like a funhouse ride, but a bit of a challenge for a rear wheel drive pickup. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!!

Impeccably clean and convenient

This was the cleanest property we have stayed at in the several years we have been renting in the mountains. Very well stocked and comfortable. Convenient to everything Asheville has to offer. If you are looking for a long Mountain View this is not the best place for you… but if you are looking for that mountain feel in a top notch setting and concerned with CLEAN… this is a great pick.

Just As Advertised

Super nice modern 2b/1b house in the woods. Comfortable king mattress ( and I am picky), nice linens everything you want for a restful stay. Deluxe kitchen, fully equipped. Saw a mama bear and her 3 babies out the window, along with a white squirrel - fun to see! Absolutely loved our stay, would love to come back!
