GUEST ACCESS & HOW TO CHECK-IN
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the pool, hot tub, garage, and all indoor/outdoor spaces. Entry is self-check-in via a smart lock system with a custom code provided before arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
🏊 SEASONAL POOL INFO
The pool is typically open from the end of April to October. We aim to open as early as mid-March, but pool availability is not guaranteed until the end of April. Do not hesitate to message us if you have any questions about the pool's opening.

🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool is heated using a gas pool heater for an additional fee. Performance may vary in colder temperatures.

🔇 NO LOUD NOISES
Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM. Avoid loud outdoor noise or music to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community..

🐾 PETS
Our home is pet-friendly. We collect pet fees. Kindly message us for more details.

🗑 TRASH
Trash and recycling bins are located in the garage. We provide starter trash bags for your stay in our home.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Fees apply.

🚗 PARKING SPACE
Oversized private concrete driveway fits multiple cars, and the 2-car garage is available for your use. Can park a total of 6-8 cars. Street parking is also available.

📦 DELIVERIES & LOST ITEMS
We'll do our best to help as much as possible, but we should not be held responsible for packages or lost items post-checkout. Please note that shipping and handling fees apply for left items.
