• 2 Rolls of toilet paper
• Bath essentials - Body gel, Shampoo and Hand soap
• *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
kindly ask you to treat my home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

I PET POLICY
Only Service Animals and Emotional Support
Animals are allowed.
30$ fee per pet.
Please clean after your pet.
Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, I will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
