HANDICAP ACCESS
There are three front steps to enter the house. You may also enter through the garage where there is a steep ramp into the house. There are two queen pull out couches with memory foam mattresses on the floor first level. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, rec room and access to the deck are on the first level. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

No shoes in the home (ok for the elderly/medical needs, slippers ok). Keeps carpets nice :)

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG & PEST DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects and pests, and are on a professional pest control maintenance program. However, we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

CAR/PARKING/TAXI’s
Road has easy access. Flat road to house (great in the winter), a bit of a climb up the driveway, parking at the top. Parking is ample. Uber, Lyft and taxi's available at this address.
