Step inside and experience a beautifully designed space that balances modern style with mountain warmth. The main living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, a large smart TV, and large windows that frame the surrounding mountain views. Local artwork and mid-century modern touches create a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a double oven, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. It flows naturally into the dining and living spaces, encouraging everyone to gather together. The property is on a private well with exceptionally clean water — it passes through a large 3-stage filtration system and UV sanitation unit in the pump room, so the water from every tap is clean and ready to drink.

The main-level Primary Bedroom offers a true retreat with a king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and heated flooring for ultimate comfort.

Upstairs, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 and #4 each feature queen-over-queen bunk beds (top bunks have a 200 lb. weight limit), perfect for kids or additional adults. These rooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom.

Downstairs, the Game Room is a favorite for groups. It includes a poker table, arcade games, a queen Murphy bed, and a daybed with twin trundle — offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 14–16 guests depending on your group’s configuration.
