Very beautiful, cosy, rustic timber house "Vinterro", 390 m a.s.l., built in 2004, surrounded by trees. 12 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 79 km from the centre of Mandal, 84 km from the centre of Kristiansand, in the district Eikerapen, 3 km from the lake, 10 m from the stream, in the countryside. Bathing place. Private: natural state property 800 m2, parking at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5.3 km, railway station "Audnedal" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, lake Øre 3 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km.
"Vinterro", 6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: open small living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 small double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Ferienhaus mit einigen Mängeln

Das Ferienhaus liegt in toller Lage direkt neben einem großen Wasserfall. Dadurch ist es sehr laut... Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da, was man im urlaub braucht. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Küchengeräte zu wünschen übrig. Die restliche Einrichtung war in Ordnung. Außerhalb des Hauses lag hinter den Terassen ein wenig Müll und es war nicht wirklich aufgeräumt.
