About this property

Lövanäs Newly built modern house in a secluded location directly on the lake with its own jetty, boat

  • Det nybyggda huset från 2019 är vackert beläget på en udde i Serarpssjön ca 25 km sydost om Vetlanda. Huset ligger ensligt i skogen och efter avtagande från allmän väg följer en mindre väg på ca 2 km. Vägen är ny och finns inte på kartan. Det är flera kilometer till närmsta granne och huset har sjöutsikt åt alla håll, perfekt för barnfamiljer och naturintresserade som söker lugn och ro. Det är hundra meter till sjön med privat badbrygga. Båt finns också att tillgå. Fiskekort kan köpas på plats om så önskas.
    Huset är 130 kvadratmeter stort och smakfullt inrett och modernt utrustat. På nedervåningen finns två stora sovrum med dubbelsängar. Där finns även en liten toalett och ett större badrum med dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Huset har en öppen planlösning, kök och vardagsrum är förenade och har öppet upp till taknocken vilket ger en fantastisk rymd. På gaveln sitter stora fönster som bjuder en underbar utsikt över sjön. Det finns även en glasdörr ut mot en stor terrass med grillplats.
    På övervåningen finns ett loft med två mindre separata sovrum med vardera två enkelsängar.
    Det finns mycket att se och uppleva i närheten. Astrid Lindgrens värld, Glasriket, Kleva Gruva, Guldvaskning i Ädelfors, Zipline i Klavreström, älgsafari är några av många turistattraktioner. Vintertid finns det möjlighet för skidåkning i närbelägna Kettilsås och Dackestupet eller vinterfiske och skridskoåkning på sjön. I Vetlanda och Åseda finns matbutiker och caféer och restauranger och shoppingmöjligheter.

    Nere vid sjön ligger en bastu som kan hyras till extra. Bastun har plats för upp till 8 personer. Den har en liten veranda att sitta på och en förkammare för ombyte och att hänga kläder i. Bastun värms upp genom att elda i kaminen. Bastun har stora fönster med en vacker utsikt över vattnet. När det blir för varmt är det bara att kasta sig i sjön några steg bort.

Superb location. Peace and privacy that was enhanced by the sensitivity and support of Jerry and his wife. The kitchen, toilets and washroom were very well provisioned and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna. Only complaint was a lack of fish caught!

Absolutely enchanting! Our stay at this beautiful house was simply marvelous. The house itself is so inviting and comfortably furnished that we felt right at home immediately. The view of the picturesque lake from the large windows was breathtaking and filled us with joy every morning. The surroundings are truly paradise – with lush nature and a tranquility that is truly rejuvenating. We were able to relax by the lakeside, observe birds, and even enjoy a refreshing swim in the water. This accommodation is the perfect getaway to escape the everyday stress and revel in the beauty of nature.

Great location

It was great. The cottage was very clean and all new in mostly ikeastyle :). Jerry and his wife were very friendly and gave all information you need. The nature was absolutely calm. No streets, no people, no noise. We cought a lot of pikes and had some fishdinner. Highly recommended!! Thank you, Jerry!

Relax in a fantastic house in a beautiful landscape

Lövanäs is the right place if you are looking for a quiet place without any neighbours within 5 km. The house is new, comfortable and well equipped, and Jerry is very supporting if there are any questions or problems. Nature is fantastic and ideal for swimming, rowing, fishing or just relaxing, but it takes you half an hour to find shops or restaurants since unfortunately in Näshult everything is closed. Nevertheless we warmly recommend this location!

Das Haus und die Gastgeber waren toll. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt, .it allem ausgestattet was man braucht und eine super schöne Umgebung, direkt am See..wir hatten das Glück viel Schnee zu habenund aus der kuscheligen Wärme den Winter zu genießen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr gut eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Unmittelbare und freundliche Beantwortung unserer Fragen durch den Gastgeber Jerry persönlich. Erfahrungen mit FeWo nicht ganz einwandfrei: komplizierter Zahlungsprozess, Geld wurde zweimal abgelehnt ohne Begründung, FeWo-App in der Handhabung umständlich und unübersichtlich.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Wald und am See.Dieser ist nur 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.Der Vermieter hat uns empfangen und die wichtigsten Dinge auf Englisch erklärt.Am See befindet sich ein Steg. Angeln vom Land aus ist sehr schwierig, da es dort flach ist und viele Steine gerne mal den Haken einfangen. Das Boot war toll. Das spontane nachbuchen des Motors war kein Problem.Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten genug Platz.Einige Dinge in der Küche könnten etwas mehr vorhanden sein, wenn man mit vielen Personen anreist war es manchmal etwas knapp mit Gläser und Besteck. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 30 Minuten entfernt.Die Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Die Sitzflächen der Stühle sind teilweise durchgesessen und gebrochen.Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft schön mitten in der Natur. Am Abend haben wir unten am See an der Feuerstelle eine schöne Zeit bei Stockbrot und Millionen Sternen am schwarzen Nachthimmel verbracht.Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Schöner Urlaub in einem abgelegenen Ferienhaus

Das Haus war relativ leicht zu finden, obwohl das Haus relativ abgelegen ist. Die Straße zum Haus war ein Schotterweg und relativ holprig. Das Haus war wunderschön und ist relativ nah zum See gebaut. Die Sauna ist ein wirkliches Highlight und sollte unbedingt genutzt werden. Diese ist direkt am See und wirklich das Geld wehrt. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Erholung pur

Wir haben diese Woche in dem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Die Einsamkeit läd zum entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Jerry lief problemlos. Gerne wieder.
