Die FW ist wie beschrieben, groß und im EG. Sonne in Küche und Wohnzimmer. Sonst insgesamt eine kühle FW. Bei Ankunft müsste auf Nachfrage Heizung angestellt werden. Diese heizt jedoch nur in einem Zeitfenster,so dass ein Ausheizen der Wohnung nicht möglich war. Zum Glück hatten wir sonnige und warme Folgetagen. Wer zu Hause mit Fußbodenheizung " verwöhnt" ist sollte die Wohnung nicht favorisieren!Tag 2 schauten uns Silberfische im Bett an. Dies war sehr ekelig - Josef sehr bemüht und legte Köder aus. Auf den Fußböden wäre es vlt akzeptabel aber im Bett!!! Ekelig. Der Junior zog ins Wohnzimmer um,aber auch dort ohne Erfolg. Die letzte Nacht verbrachte er im Auto. Dies hinterlässt für die FW leider keine gute Bewertung. Ist sehr schade, denn prinzipiell eine gute und großzügige FW. Die Zillerbahn direkt vor der Haustür fanden wir nicht störend ( kein Nachtbetrieb)

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer wo man jederzeit einen tollen Blick auf die Berge hat. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man benötigt. Die nahe gelegene Strasse und Bahn hört man irgendwann nicht mehr. Im Garten kann man die schöne Landschaft geniessen.

Urlaub in Aschau

Eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen des Zillertales. Es ist nicht weit bis zur Bahn oder dem Bus. Unser Kind hatte super Spaß im Garten der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war top und in einem guten Zustand.

Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding

Nette ruimtes, gezellige inrichting, goede locatie als vertrekbasis naar belangrijke oorden als Zell, Geros, Köningsleiten en Krimml. Ook genoten van de tuin. Ligt vlak aan treinstation Zillerbahn. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie, de nodige rust in het vakantiehuisje.

Ruim appartement

Schoon en netjes. Bedden waren al opgemaakt bij aankomst. Huis ligt aan een drukke straat en trein maar hoor je binnen bijna niet. Auto makelijk parkeren. Huis ligt centraal voor diverse leuke activiteiten.

Rundum Zufrieden

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und hatte eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die Lage war sehr zentral zu den Skigebieten, außerdem war die Haltestelle für den Skibus direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, was super praktisch war. Des Weiteren war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter immer schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung

Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lies zu wünschen übrig.Zu allem Überfluss gab es im Badezimmer „Silberfische“.Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung komplett ausgekühlt.Wir mussten darum bitten die Heizung anzumachen,am nächsten Tag baten wir darum die Heizung doch etwas höher zu stellen da keine angemessene Wärme im Raum zu erreichen war.Danach war die Wärme soweit ok nachdem sämtliche Heizkörper in der Wohnung voll aufgedreht waren.Die Ausstattung der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig.Vermieter sind nett.

Rodinná dovolená

Ubytování se nám moc líbilo. Vše bylo čisté. Super vybavená kuchyně. Jediný problém co jsme měli s ubytováním tak byl večerní hluk v jedné ložnici. Ve sklepě běžel nějaký stroj od 23h do rána a vibrace se přenášeli do postele. Tento nepříjemný hluk byl slyšet pouze v této jedné místnosti, která je přímo nad tímto zařízením.

Für Skifahren gute Unterkunft

Parkplatz überdacht direkt am Haus, auch Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Wohnung liegt zwischen verschiedenen Skigebieten, Küche: Mikrowelle wäre noch gut, sehr freundliche Betreuung, späte Anreise oder frühere Abreise unproblematisch

Soweit alles Gut

liegt etwas zu nah an der Bahn aber die Schlafzimmer im EG sind gut isoliert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wie die Tiroler eben so sind :)
