Fliederbusch Vacation Rental, 40 square meters, bedroom on the loft, and southwest-facing terrace

Our holiday rental is located in the adjacent building, which is part of the "Auerhof" farm. The Auerhof, home to cows, calves, rabbits, cats, and goats, is located in the Außerwald district, 3.5 km from town in the direction of Sachrang. Both Aschau im Chiemgau and the mountaineering village of Sachrang can be reached by bus at no cost. There’s a wide variety of walking and hiking trails to choose from—whether along the Prien River to the waterfall in Schoßrinn or up into the surrounding mountains. With an e-bike, it’s easy to enjoy beautiful cycling tours through the region. We have plenty of space for children around the farm, including a small football field. We have our own alpine pasture in the Spitzstein area. By car, you can reach the Kampenwand cable car, the town with its shopping and restaurants, and the Orthopedic Children’s Clinic in just a few minutes. For an additional fee, you’re welcome to bring a dog. We also rent rooms at the Auerhof farm next door; you’re welcome to book breakfast there as well.
The cosy Bergblick loft apartment offers 40 m² of living space, featuring a comfortable living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the open loft. The apartment is furnished in an Alpine style with country-style furniture and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. A staircase with a railing leads to the sleeping area with a double bed on the loft. The open living area features tile floors, a pull-out sofa bed, a dining nook, and a TV. From here, you can step directly onto the south/west-facing terrace with an adjacent lawn—ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, providing everything you need for a pleasant start to the day. Children are very welcome here—we’ll be happy to provide a high chair or a travel cot upon request. You may bring a dog for an additional fee. For a delightful start to your morning, you can book breakfast at the neighbouring farm. There, we’ll treat you to regional specialities and fresh farm-fresh products.

Munich & Salzburg: Two world-famous cities that are easily accessible within an hour by car or train. Chiemsee Boat Tour: A boat trip on Lake Chiemsee takes you to the romantic Fraueninsel with its idyllic monastery, as well as to Herreninsel, where the impressive Herrenchiemsee Palace, built by King Ludwig II, awaits to amaze you. Kampenwand: Take the cable car for an effortless ride up to the Kampenwand, where hikers and mountaineers are rewarded with spectacular views of the Alps. A paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! Hohenaschau Castle & Falconry: Immerse yourself in the region’s history and marvel at the majestic birds of prey during a demonstration. Swimming Spots: Refresh yourself in natural mountain water or soothing moor water—two idyllic swimming spots offer pure relaxation. Winter Sports: In winter, the Sachrang district transforms into a ski area with two T-bar lifts for skiers as well as cross-country ski trails.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace—perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Upon request—and bookable on-site—we’ll treat you daily to fresh rolls, milk, and eggs delivered right to your apartment door. Or you can start your day with breakfast in the farm’s breakfast room—featuring fresh eggs and milk straight from the farm.
