The hotel’s location is very good, within walking distance of Ginza and Tokyo Station. The Japanese-style breakfast is excellent. However, we were not satisfied with the room cleanliness. There was dust and hair in the corners of the floor, mold spots on the bathroom wall, and dust on the air-conditioner vent. In addition, the room's wifi is not stable.

Great location near the train station, the room
Was a great size for our family of 4, clean and good amenities including kitchenette and two dining areas. Staff were helpful.
