The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "Management need to better the check in system, Breakfast is good, but long line to get in and coffee line must be fixed. Other than that it is a good hotel, super large hotel at the T3 Hanada and 7Eleven at the hotel, we would stay again."

"Amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Perfect location in the heart of Shinjuku, super clean rooms, and very friendly staff. The Godzilla theme made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again!"
