Room was very spacious and was a lot bigger than we were expecting! Highlight was the outdoor Onsen. Would highly recommend - staff spoke good English and very friendly. "

We stumbled upon West Coast Inn, and its location turned out to be incredibly convenient for us. Situated just a 3-minute walk from Hakuba Station (also providing access to the Hakuba Free Shuttle to the Happo One Slope and other slopes), it was perfect. Seiko and her husband were delightful hosts, both fluent in English, which was helpful for us as non-Japanese speakers. Our room and the overall ambiance of the inn were delightful, and they truly made us feel at home."
