"This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. "Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel.
