"Norma had no problem accommodating us for Early Check-In at 7:00 am instead of 3:00m pm - she felt bad about charging me a $35 fee, but we did not mind as we drove all day & night from Las Cruces to Waco and needed to rest /sleep. We liked the amount of space the room provided."
