  • ARZON - Port du CROUESTY From January 1st to December 31st. Rated 2 stars. 2-room apartment of 39m², located on the garden level of the Résidence du Soleil in ARZON with outdoor swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th). A short walk through the residence provides direct access to the Port du CROUESTY, Quai des Voiliers (sailboat quay). RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Arrival 4 PM, Departure 10 AM. The apartment comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room, a large open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a 12.50m² west-facing terrace offering magnificent sunsets through the masts of the boats and a lovely view of the Port du CROUESTY, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge-freezer, sofa bed, separate WC, and storage cupboards. Private parking space. Bicycle rack in the shared area. Bed linen and towels are not provided (linen rental available nearby). Pets are allowed. Optional cleaning: €60 fee payable on site to our service provider if needed. Heating is not included. No wheelchair access.
