Villa Tomaso is located on the outskirts of Arzachena, in northern Sardinia; it is a relaxing holiday home with a mountain view, away from tourists. The villa (150 m²) consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and a satellite television.

The private outdoor area has a covered terrace and a garden with furniture and a grill. Here you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere over a home cooked meal.

The beach Spiaggia de La Sciumara is 10 minutes away by car (8.8 km). The nearest restaurant is 5 minutes away on foot (505 m); several cafés, bars, and a supermarket are reachable within 3 minutes by car (4.7 km). Palau is a 9-minute drive (8.5 km) away.

Wundervolles, gepflegtes Haus in Arzachena

Die Gastgeber haben uns an einem Treffpunkt kurz vor dem Mietobjekt abgeholt und uns bis zum Haus begleitet. Das Geschwisterpaar, Maria und Tomaso ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tomaso ist unser Hauself gewesen, denn er lebt unten im Haus und hat sich morgens früh um den Garten, Müll, etc gekümmert. Immer alles sehr diskret. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Lediglich in der Küche fehlten uns kleine Schälchen, Messbecher, Brettchen und kleine scharfe Messer, da wir gerne selber kochen.Was mich persönlich gestört hat, war die kleine Bierzeltgarnitur auf der Terasse. Es ist so ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus und dann so eine einfache Sitzgelegenheit. Da würden wir uns etwas gemütlicheres wünschen. Denn gerne haben wir dort nicht zusammen gesessen.Ansonsten war es für uns der perfekte Ort für eine traumhafte Erholung. Gerne wieder :-)

Un point de chute idéal pour découvrir la région

Pros: Maison récente, spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maria et Tomaso, qui se sont montrés très disponibles pendant notre séjour. La maison est bien située, proche de la côte. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir
