Pros: Es ist eine Top ausgestattete Küche vorhanden und sogar Katzenfutter für unsere Morgendlichen und Abendlichen Besucher 😉
Der Check-In war völlig Problemlos und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert.
Das Haus bzw die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ansprechend 👍

La casa è molto comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare periodi anche lunghi. La proprie
Pros: La casa è molto comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare periodi anche lunghi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile tutto il tempo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e varie cose per fare colazione, gesto che abbiamo enormemente apprezzato. C'è posto per 2 macchine poprio accanto alla casa.
La terrazza è bella grande, dotata di vari tavoli e poltrone per stare comodi all'aperto, e si affaccia su una bellissima vista sul mare, che dalle foto sembra un pochino più vicino di quanto non sia in realtà ma comunque si tratta di 5 minuti in macchina.
La posizione è ottima e si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti delle belle spiagge, in mezz'ora si arriva a Palau o Porto Cervo, mentre per Olbia ci vogliono appena 40 minuti. Nel paese accanto ci sono supermercati, bar, ristoranti e servizi vari per cui è facile e veloce rifornirsi del necessario.
Siamo stati a metà settembre e devo dire che il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Raccomando questa casa!
Cons: La stradina per arrivare alla casa, seppur corta è un po' impervia e con la macchina a pieno peso abbiamo battuto prendendo una buca. Ci sono altre case intorno e stanno facendo dei lavori, mi auguro che sia previsto anche una pavimentazione della strada un pochino più solida.
