"Fantastic stay! Every detail was thought through and taken care of. The rooftop view was stunning - we loved having breakfast there (and it was included). Highly recommend."

The only concern was the toilets. They are clean but the knees touches the wall when sitting on the toilets "
"The property was cheap, but it's definitely not 4 stars. Every room was dirty, we have visible spots of dirt on the bedsheets, the carpet had stains, pillows had stains. It's as if the room had never been cleaned before it was given to us.
We had bed bugs in our room and constantly had problems with dirt throughout.
The breakfast options were very limited if you are vegetarian. "

"After climbing Kilimanjaro it was the perfect place to regroup before going on safari. Hotel staff was very attentive. Laundry service was excellent and reasonable. "
"This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar.
A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well."
