"This is a lovely property, excellent for relaxing either after a long flight from overseas, or before heading back home as we did. The pool is very refreshing and has multiple deck chairs available and food is extremely delicious! All staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful and courteous and really want your stay to be perfect. "The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. "I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"
