The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. "Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night.
