"Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado. A tv do quarto estava com problemas e mesmo me queixando sobre isso, nao mandaram ninguem olhar, apenas informou que nao havia outro quarto, não há vista pela janela ,ao abrir vc so ver paredes e restos de obras.
