"Great place to stay if you are visiting Atacama. Very centrally located. The hotel is great with individual cottages for your room. Staff is excellent. Most tours will pick you up from this hotel or the tour company maybe a short walk. The staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and we never had any issues. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it."

I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!) No tea making facilities in the rooms No one to help with suitcases We emailed them in advance and they arranged shared airport transfers, all on time."

"I was apprehensive about my stay here because if it being a shared room but not with curtained off beds & no heating. However, I had a great stay and would stay again. The beds were comfy & warm with heated mattress pads. I had no issues with the room or beds & felt comfortable. The showers were clean and warm, despite there only being 2 showers I never had to wait. Breakfast was good, tasty. The mornings I was on a tour they provided a packed lunch so I didn’t miss out which was nice. I had one lunch in the coffee shop here too which was really nice."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."
