Absolutely wonderful! Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel is well located with great views of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and its surrounding and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely stunning Pleasant Staff and Restaurant was amazing and beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and made us feel like home. Beautiful views of Lourdes from the room balcony with the river flowing past which I found very relaxing. Close to shops and restaurants and the sanctuary - excellent place to stay. Of special mention is that we arrived late due to flight delays but the front desk was open for us and we were welcomed warmly and very graciously - good on you Best Western.

The hills and walks around the hotel were very peaceful. The level of Service from the staff was very good and the meals were of a very high quality. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Comfortable clean room, excellent staff who were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 2 night's in Sep 2013. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was terrific, a literal 5 minute walk to the sanctuary of lourdes. The bed and room were good and clean. Down points were no air conditioning, though the staff, were good enough to give us a fan in our room, which did the job. The breakfast was terrible, do not eat here. It's 11 euro each, and you only get cereal, 2 kinds of meat, natural youghurt , and canned fruit. They say buffet breakfast which is not,...

The hotel is close to the railway station and the Lourdes Sanctuary. Plenty of options for breakfast and all around a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had electric fan for better ventilation. Hotel location is an easy walk to the shops and Lourdes sanctuary.

This would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time, Phillipe was outstanding with his service, the rooms were very clean and full of comforts. help was always given without question. Argeles Gastoz is a very clean town indeed I wish I would have stayed much longer as there is so much to so. Food was fantastic, being a vegetarian, I was well catered for. Dinner and Breakfast. ! A few tips about this area, If you wish to get from Lourdes to Argeles, take the Bus from the...

Liked everything about the hotel. Rooms big enough, clean, comfortable, good amenities, close to the Shrine.

The hotel is in a light industry area but there are some great restaurants nearby which you will need as this hotel only serves breakfast any other meals supplied are basically prepackaged. Great stepping of point to the mountains where we spent everyday, friendly and helpful staff would stay again
