"¡¡ On a 0-10 scale, with 10 being the highest rating, BL Villas Dover Beach is a 9!! Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. When the Longitudinal Ph.D. dissertation writer was homeless (20251216-several days) and thirsty, BLR Villas extended water (free of charge) and allowed the previous renter to use the internet (to attempt to get proper Expedia refunds/reduce homelessness). "We wanted to stay on the northend but all the hotels and B&Bs were out of our budget. That was until we found Kelvin’s clean, safe and super cute home. It was just as described and the photos were correct. We went to a great dinner at the Fish Pot not too far away. Then relaxed watching Netflix on his smart tv the rest of the night. The next morning my husband found a great secret surfing spot! We will be back for sure. Thank you! "

"We stayed at 89 Heywood Park for 10 days, enjoyed the peacefulness of the Neighbour hood, short walk to a nice quiet beach as well as Speightown, meals are reasonable priced at local restaurants in Speightown, always shopped at Jordan’s, good value for money, would consider staying again."

"The property was larger than it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and check in was easy. Do wish that there had been some communication a few days before on how to check in but with that being said the property was very responsive to texts/emails.Also nice to have parking if you rent a car. Lovely location right across from Rockley Beach and many dining options close by. Would definitely stay again. "

"Overall, ideal location, satisfactory facilities, obliging housekeeper managing her best whilst manager/ owner away. Room not ready on arrival, given temporary alternative. No hot water for three days."

"The rooms were very nice and clean, a lot more modern than the pictures. The hotel is far from everything on the island and taxi’s were not cheap. We had a party of six and spent about $140 daily round trip to go to Bridgetown. The restaurants on the resort were also overpriced and not the best in flavor. I wish there was more restaurants closer outside the resort.
Overall the staff was very accommodating and served with that Bajan flare."
"Super stay here for Christmas as a couple.
Great location, clean amenities and friendly staff; everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant and the pool bar were lively and helpful at all times of the day offering local recommendations.
Highlights:
- laundry services (washing machine and dryer access) were a great touch as we were staying for a while
- close to Oistins (10-15 min drive)
- great gym facilities
- general layout of the hotel, easy to navigate
- activities organised each day along with live music in the evenings creating a nice buzz without being chaotic
- splendid private beach
Lowlights:
- the strange business of guests reserving sunloungers at 6:30am with towels and not returning until late afternoon leaving a continuous shortage of towels for those who actually need them
- would have been useful to have an introduction to the hotel services upon check-in (i.e. restaurant opening hours, gym location, laundry services, second restaurant, Deia around the corner) etc.
Otherwise, would definitely recommend and will be returning.

"This is a very well maintained resort with a fantastic staff. We stayed 4 nights and if we’d stayed longer would probably have needed to do some excursions and explore more outside dining options as the resort is on the small side, but our experience was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
