Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We didn’t stay for more than an hour after arriving—we immediately started looking for alternative accommodations. It’s hard to know where to begin. Communication with the host was extremely difficult, as she only responded in French. Getting the entrance code was a challenge; we had to repeatedly request it, and it wasn’t provided until after 4 PM. As international travelers, we relied on our mobile service, but there was no reception at the property. We actually had to drive away just to check if the host had sent us the code, which made the arrival process unnecessarily stressful. The listing was also misleading. There were no towels or bedsheets provided, and the location is not close to the ocean or beach as implied. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I would not recommend this place, especially for travelers who depend on clear communication and accurate listing details.
