Fantastic summer flat in Colonia de Sant Pere, in the north of Mallorca, 300 metres from the sea and with capacity for 6 people.
This one-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal to enjoy a good meal under the Majorcan sun. Because it is in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.

Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD. During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove. It also features 2 fans. The dining area brights with a wooden rustic table where six people can enjoy having lunch and chatting. If you like cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen, including a vitro. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board can be found in one of the bathrooms. It is ideal for 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with closet and a ceiling fan, as well as two bathrooms with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request.

Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the North of the island. It is a little jewel between the sea and the mountains, ideal for beach holidays as well as for sports like hiking and cycling. There are many beaches around the village like Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans. In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you will find nightlife in the summer, bigger supermarkets and a lot of leisure for adults and children.

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento, muy bonita decoración, mejor que en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos dejaron unos refrigerios lo cual agradecimos enormemente. De la casa a destacamos la limpieza y lo cómoda que es. El pueblo es muy muy tranquilo, si buscas más movimiento este no es tu sitio. Solo hemos ido dormidos desayuno y cena...el resto del día hemos estado de excursiones. A nosotros nos gustó mucho, hay algunos restaurantes en el paseo marítimo. Para una compra grande recomendamos comprar mejor en el pueblo Can Picafort. Gracias

Perfekter Urlaub auf Mallorca, dem weitere folgen werden

Wir haben hier zu dritt einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Begrüßt wurden wir von den Besitzern selbst, die uns eine umfassende Einführung gegeben haben. Der Ort Colonia de St Pere ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und entspricht genau den Fotos. Auch zu sechst kann man hier gemütlich seinen Urlaub verbringen und hat noch genug Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing holiday at the most beautiful house!

The place is just amazing! It has everything you need to feel like you're home. Kitchen and bathrooms are new, very well equipped and made to very high standards. The living room and 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated and have character. We absolutely loved our 16-day stay at this house. The owners are very nice too - they gave us a bottle of wine and some nice cheese and fruits on arrival and made us feel really welcome. We hope to come back some time in the future!

Der Vermieter und seine Frau haben uns in Empfang genommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Eigene Zitronen, Käse, Weintrauben, div. anderes Obst standen für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Herzliche Grüße
