Beautiful Country House with Pool, Terraces & Wi-Fi; Parking Available

At the edge of the village Artà, the Finca S'Hort is situated on a site of 3.200 m² and has a fantastic pool area. The Majorcan holiday home offers a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area there are several covered and uncovered terraces with comfortable garden furniture as well as a beautiful pavilion with a dining area. Here you can relax and enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine to round off mild summer evenings. Moreover, the 32 m² pool, which is lined with sun loungers, invites you to refresh yourself. A restaurant, a bar, a pharmacy and a supermarket are 4.3 km or a 7-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful beaches and bays of the east coast are only 15 km or a short drive away.

Ruhe pur...

Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war.

Top gepflegtes Haus in top Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist wirklich sehr nett. Der Pool ist mit seiner Größe wirklich der Hammer. Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich und für bis zu 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist auch top, mit dem Mietwagen ist man in wenigen Minuten an den Traumbuchten in der Nähe. Hierzu ein paar Informationen: Cala Agulla 10 Minuten - hier sollte man aber spätestens um 9 Uhr dort sein, da danach alle Liegen bzw. Schirme belegt sind. Cala Mesquida 15 Minuten, späteste Ankunft 9 Uhr - Grund: Parkplätze, Schirme/Liegen. Cala Son Moll späteste Ankunft 9.30 Uhr, Grund Schirme/Liegen. Strand von Canyamel, Ankunft egal - hier bekommt man immer was. Sa Font der Sa Cala Ankunft bis 11 Uhr. Das lebhafte Zentrum von Cala Millor erreicht man nach 15 Autominuten, das Zentrum der Cala Ratjada ebenfalls. Zusammengefasst erreicht man viele Unterschiedliche Orte/Strände innerhalb von 15 Minuten - darum auch Top Lage Cons: Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen der beiden Einzelbetten. Diese waren schon sehr durch gelegen. Wir kamen damit klar, jedoch dürften sie bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden.

Pros: Tolles kleines Haus- perfekt für 3 Personen. Wunderbarer Pool. Pedro war absolut top als Ansprechpartner und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Bilder entsprechen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen gern wieder!

Toller Urlaub in herrlich ruhiger Lage - insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert

Pros: Perfekte ruhige Lage, aber dennoch ist man schnell in Arta und an diversen Stränden. Sehr sauberer Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter, eine Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, die wurde aber innerhalb von wenigen Tagen repariert. Cons: Die Putzfrau war wohl vor unserer Ankunft etwas im Zeitdruck. Der Kühlschrank war etwas dreckig und wir haben nachgewischt. Außerdem stand Wasser in der Spülmaschine, da der Filter, bzw. das Sieb zugesetzt war. Wir haben es gereinigt, die Maschine einmal leer laufen lassen und dann war alles gut. Alles nicht dramatisch, aber doch etwas ärgerlich, da immerhin 90 Euro für die Endreinigung fällig sind.
