  • (Currently April 2018 to June 2018 is a construction site next to our great villa, the main work is done with large machines but we can not assure you that you will not hear anything, in July the house should actually be completed) Modern Villa Enigma offers by the Location an unforgettable view of the sea. The house is beautifully bright and offers the best living comfort. Through the large windows, which can be completely opened, you have a great view and best ventilation in the hot summer months.   The luxury villa offers on a total of 500 m² 4 double bedrooms, and 1 single bedroom, 5 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. It can accommodate up to 9 people. Alone the living area has almost 100 m² and. From the kitchen and the dining area you have direct access to the terrace. On the first floor and on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms. The villa is ideal for several couples or for 2 families as each bedroom has its own private area. The high quality designer kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need.(License number 304/12 / VT)

Lovely properly with great sea view

We were delighted with the location of the property and it was well laid out inside. Outside the pool and sunbathing area are very good.Within 5 minutes walk of a very nice restaurant and a small grocery store with bar. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning broke down and was not fixed for 2 days. It was 35C during the day and 23C overnight so we had a miserable two days.
