"Pro: Rooms very clean, bed comfortable, outdoor space lovely, lounge inviting and warm, marigold lounge fun with great cocktails, loved having a small venue with live music, super close to the plaza, very friendly staff!! Con: Rooms are very dark with limited light and felt strange, rooms were stuffy-no open windows for fresh air or vents in bathrooms. Doors are heavy and constantly slammed through the night, very loud noise upstairs. You could hear every foot step! Breakfast options were not great, couldn’t even get orange juice and staff seemed to be always missing. Beautiful weather, pool was open but not open due to wind(there was no wind) didn’t understand why! Hot tub was available but dirty, not sure if they had any maintenance for it. "

"The Hacienda and Spa at Hotel Santa Fe exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way to ensure my wife, my dog and myself felt welcomed. The accommodations were excellent - I especially enjoyed the fireplace in our room. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer. "

"Had to avoid the dog poop on the sidewalk, but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault. I loath irresponsible dog owners. Great location that feels very safe and a short walk to the downtown area. "
