"Best ever!!! Brenda and Ruby made it even more special. Highly recommend. Incredible walks; saw long-horned sheep. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The most beautiful views ever, including the sunsets and stars. The most unique house we have ever stayed in. I have stayed there multiple times when the Dobsons were there and am so thrilled that Brenda has continued the tradition as well as adding her own personal touch. We plan to return regularly! I welcomed in my 80th birthday in the most memorable way possible. "

"Check in went very smoothly. The person checking us in was friendly and upbeat. The hotel is a gem. Centrally located and great rooms for the price."

"Basically, the hotel was adequate for the price, however, there were serious safety issues with the electrical outlets. Several were not properly secured to the wall in one case in the bathroom GFI outlet, it was nearly falling off the wall. Also, some electrical appliance plugs we should’ve been three prong, had the grounding plug removed, and were nonetheless plugged into the wall, which represents a safety hazard."

"We enjoyed our stay, the room was immaculate, the adobe walls, the tiled areas and vigas in the room made it feel like home. This was a different type of stay from the "modern" cookie cutter type hotel. I highly recommend this place and room 101. Not sure all the rooms were like this but it was very nice. Live music at the cantina was great as well."
