Clean, friendly, room ok with lovely balcony and view. No lift Dinner ok for me.(Pork chops) not for my wife . Breakfast ok but coffee awful. I had fresh fruit, yogor, toast, juice and tea. Hot was scrambled egg (it ran out( and tiny sausages. No vale la pena. Super lady and young M an at reception and bar.

Great Location but food novel and walls too thin!

The hotel is in an excellent location with good views over the rural landscape. The decorations are getting a little tired but it is still OK. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The one surprise that we had was that the only food on offer in the restaurant was local peasant food with no written menu available. The food was good but basic and we had no idea what it was going to cost us. The walls between the rooms are very thin as we could hear exactly what was going on in the neighbouring rooms!

We checked into this hotel and were greeted by very friendly staff. The room we were assigned looked like we had walked back to the 70's and the room had not been updated since. The curtains were half hanging on rods, the bed had all sorts of black fluff on it and was hard as a rock, the furniture was dated and a spare chair so worn and dirty you wouldn't want to attempt sitting on it. We have travelled for many years and believe our expectations are reasonable but this hotel was very out-dated and the photos they have on Expedia website are deceiving. This is the first time we immediately left a hotel and decided to find another that was more suitable.

Hôtel calme au top

Hotel disposant de grandes chambres spacieuses avec une très bonne literie. La propreté est présente aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. Le petit petit déjeuner propose une large selection de produit avec un gâteau portugais au top. Le personnel est très souriant et prend le temps de répondre à nos questions.

Lo único complicado es el camino desde Badajoz, es mejor ir vía Elvas (primera salida por la autovía) La estancia genial, sobre todo los trabajadores muy atentos, amables, servicial, cordial y digno de mencionar porque atendían a todo (camarero, recepcionista, informando de las rutas, explicando las instalaciones, todo) Una asombrosa alegría por su trabajo tan completo.

Tudo para ser fantástico mas decepcionante

Apesar do local ter potencial para ser fantástico, a falta de cuidado na manutenção, limpeza e segurança fazem com que não queira voltar. Colchão com molas a sair do pano que se cravam nas costas. Toalhas esfarrapadas. Áreas comuns sujas, lixo pela relva fora, area de piscina sem qq cuidado, enfim.

Friendly staff, quiet environment, and simple comfort at this modern hotel. A little maintenance would be beneficial, but there was nothing of concern in this regard, and the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the aircon/heating modern and efficient, and we slept well. Breakfast was reasonable if uninteresting - but in January with only 4 guests the night we stayed, this is understandable. Excellent value.

Real rest holidays

Very good for some real rest.The swimming pool was refreshingly cold despite the hot weather. Breakfast could be better with more local produce. Very well organised to meet the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Service was very good, especially from Ana, but at times it was clear they could use one more person to help.
