"I think the property should rethink it's 16:30 virtual check in policy. Waiting around all day after arriving in Lisbon at 10:00 was very inconvenient. There was no way to leave my luggage there until check in so I had to carry it around all day while jet lagged. The room was very shabby and had dead bugs on the wall, cigarette holes in the blankets, broken showerhead, and broken wall electrical outlets. Price was OK but I would opt to pay more next time to avoid a unacceptable property like this. Expedia should reconsider their relationship."

"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."
