Spacious living area of ca. 120 m2; large living/dining room with kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). Large south-west balcony ideal for sunbathing. Pets on request, washing machine available. Quiet sunny dream location in Inner-Arosa, directly in the heart of the ski and hiking paradise.
    The holiday flat with very large living space is located in the house Mattern in Innerarosa. The beautiful view of the impressive mountain panorama of Arosa is very much appreciated. The living space is approx. 120 m2. The kitchen and the bathroom have been recently renovated. A parking lot is directly at the house. On arrival the beds are of course covered, bath towels and kitchen towels are also ready.
