"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Newly built, equipped with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. You would need to drive to get to the popular tourist area. Only a 15mins drive to those attractions."

"Perfect holiday, fabulous location loved the rooftop pool and smart TV Absolutely loved my stay here and will be back.."

"Superb hotel as always"

"Location good looking a bit tired now needs an update we only stayed 1 night and moved to Mediterranean Palace"

"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"Great location, great room and friendly staff "
