  • The apartment has been renovated and the furniture has been replaced (July 2026).
    Near the complex is a large choice of restaurants. Spanish, Greek, Chinese, Indian and other cuisine. Of course English restaurants and bars. Just 5 minutes' walk from the shopping center Safari and the new shopping center Oasis. Here you will find a large number of designer shops and restaurants. Also near the theater, fountains and gardens. The complex has a swimming pool and sun deck for sunbathing. There is a children's play area and pool. Lifeguard is on duty when the pool is open. Everything is very close. Souvenir and electronic shops, rental cars, bikes and segways. Taxis and buses.
