Welcome to the charming flat located in the Port Royale complex in Los Cristianos. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort and elegance.

The bright and welcoming atmosphere embraces guests as soon as they cross the threshold. The ample space is well organised to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. A bed and two sofa beds are available, providing flexibility and comfort for all occupants.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience and necessary utensil, including a washing machine and coffee machine.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and bidet.

This delightful flat also boasts free Wi-Fi to stay connected with the outside world and a small private garden with an exclusive entrance, where guests can enjoy moments of tranquillity and relaxation outdoors.

And let's not forget the complex's heated swimming pool, an oasis of freshness and fun where guests can take an invigorating swim or simply relax by the water's edge.

We are flexible with arrival and departure times, subject to prior arrangement. However, for arrivals after 10.30 p.m.,

there is an extra charge of 20 euros.

Special care is required for the studio keys. In the event that keys are lost, a supplement of 100 euro will be charged to

cover the cost of a lock change.

La tranquilidad. Está ubicado en la zona alta de los Cristianos, en una calle sin salida y tran...

La tranquilidad. Está ubicado en la zona alta de los Cristianos, en una calle sin salida y tranquila. Hay supermercado y restaurante cerca. La playa está a 18 minutos caminando. Aunque no tiene vistas porque es un bajo, tiene una terraza coqueta y amplia y como está junto a la calle puedes descargar el equipaje en poco tiempo y sin esfuerzo. El aire acondicionado es un plus que se agradece.La piscina es pequeña, pero como no hay explotación turística no hay problemas con las hamacas.
