The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house, with the owners living on the upper floor.



It is situated in a residential area with neighbors, so parties, events, birthdays, christenings, and celebrations are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you not to bring sound equipment or play loud music. The house is designed to accommodate 5 people; no additional guests are allowed on the property, otherwise a surcharge will apply.



The holiday apartment on the Atlantic impresses with mountain and sea views and is located in the beautiful village of Arona, on the island of Tenerife. It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, and, upon request, a cot and high chair. You can relax on the furnished open terrace, cool off in the pool or under the outdoor shower, or prepare a meal on the barbecue to enjoy with family and friends. The nearest restaurant is an 8-minute walk away (600 m), a bar is a 9-minute drive away (5.2 km), a supermarket is a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and a playground is also nearby. Beautiful beaches such as Playa de Los Cristianos can be reached in 11 minutes by car (5.5 km), and a bus stop is an 8-minute walk away (650 m).



Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed.



The pool can be heated for an extra fee. If you are interested, please contact the host at least 48 hours before arrival, as it takes almost 2 days to heat up. All rooms have exterior windows.
