Located in a central position, inside a building 1920, it offers a large living area perfect for relaxing, a spacious and bright bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom for maximum privacy and a second bedroom with two single beds ideal for families or groups.

Free private parking is a rarity in this area of ​​Arona.

Perfect for a comfortable holiday on Lake Maggiore.



The Space:

Once you reach the second floor you will find the apartment on your right.

Upon entering, on the left behind the door you will find a shoe rack with a coat rack and flyers with the main attractions of the area.

Beyond the corridor starting from the first door on the left you will find clockwise a large double bedroom finely furnished with a queen size bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom, desk and wardrobe.
