The entrance leads over 14 steps directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 25 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. 2 bedrooms each 15 sqm and with 2 single beds. Kitchen 7 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Palm Mar, district of Palm Mar. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm open plot with shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa is located in the centre of Palm Mar and has a living area of approx. 100 m2 and terraces of approx. 80 m2.

Access to the house is via 14 steps.

On the south-facing terrace there is the private pool and you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
