The municipal swimming pools are about 250 meters from the apartment. During the sunniest hours, the entire terrace can be fully shaded and protected thanks to a retractable awning.



In a peaceful and comfortable setting, you can sunbathe under the warm Canary sun, swim in the ocean, play beach volleyball, cook delicious meals by the sea, or simply enjoy Tenerife’s wonderful climate and unforgettable sunsets.



The complex is well maintained and ideal for families with children, guests with reduced mobility (there are 2 elevators), and older guests seeking a quiet spot by the beach for a relaxing holiday. There is ample free parking nearby, but if you don’t rent a car, taxis and a bus stop are just sixty meters away.



Nearby, you’ll find two well-stocked supermarkets (one open 24/7), as well as numerous bars, restaurants, and cafés.



The accommodation is on one level and perfect for families with children. It’s also ideal for golf and tennis lovers, with Las Américas just a 15-minute walk away and several tennis courts nearby.
