Vi havde et cykelstyrt kort før vi ankom til Arnsberg og vores ophold på hotel Ratskeller. Vi fik en super hjælp, de kørte os til hospitalet, personalet var meget opmærksom og behjælpelig

Hier komme ich immer wieder gerne unter. Ein freundliches Team, ein ruhiges Zimmer mit historischem Charme und bequemem Bett. Die Lage in der historischen Altstadt ist unschlagbar!

Schöne zentrale Lage, Zimmer aber in einem Fachwerkhaus mit niedriger Deckenhöhe. Achtung schon bei 1,80m Körpergröße. Ansonsten normal ausgestattet, Fahrrad-Garage mit Ebike-Lademöglichkeit, Preis ist angemessen. Da nur 5 Zimmer im Haus sind, wird kann das Frühstück im Nachbar-Hotel 100m entfernt gereicht: Das beste auf unserer Sauerland Tour! Personal und Freundlichkeit im Ratskeller veriieren: Die Dame am Abend war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Herr am nächsten Morgen konnte diesen Standard nicht halten. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, besonders Abends vor dem Ratskeller zu sitzen und noch einen Absacker zu sich nehmen!

Trotz Ruhetag in der Gaststätte sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unsere Fahrräder wurden gut gesichert in der Garage untergebracht.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville, c'est le plus ancien hôtel de celle-ci. Personnel compétant et charmant. WIFI un peu capricieux. Carte des menus variée et dans des prix plus que raisonnable

Alles super gelaufen. Gute Service und super schön Umgebung wen man alt Stadt mag, gerne immer wieder. Das war sowieso das zweite mal da :)

We hebben een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed geboekt maar helaas hadden we een bed met 2 eenpersoonsbed. De hotel stinkt naar eten door de keuken beneden en heel eeg warm, we moesten het raam open slapen. Er was geen internet in de hotel aanwezig. Toen ge geboekt hebben, stond dat we gratis WiFi hadden maar er was helemaal geen internet. Ik heb het aan een meisje daar gevraagd en zij zei dat internet soms te gebruiken is. In het algemeen waren we niet tevreden met ons kamer en dat was ook niet prettig zonder WiFi. De personeel is wel aardig maar de plek is saai. Niet genoeg plek om te eten of ontbijten in de buurt. Er is wel een chinees tentje daar dichtbij en de mensen zijn daar erg aardig en het eten smaakt goed. Maar volgende keer nooit meer dit hotel.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Jalousie im Bad ging nicht unter man konnte reinsehen. Duschschlauch undicht, Wanne verkalkt. Steile Treppen. Frühstück außer Haus. Keine Info dass man Sonntags wählen könnte zwischen Frühstück oder Frühstückbuffett. Keine Platzreservierung abends im Restaurant möglich. War etwas entäuscht. Essen aber sehr gute Qualität.

Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Niedrige Deckenhöhe, völlig veraltete Sanitäreinrichtung, Toilettendeckel lose, Essensgeruch im ganzen Hotel. Laute Geräusche im Zimmer durch Küchenabzugsschacht. Das Zimmer ist zu ausgewiesenen Preis von 70 € unseres Erachtens nicht vermietbar.

Beste Lage in der Altstadt

Im historischen Stadtkern von Arnsberg gelegen, ist das Hotel-Restaurant Ratskeller eine gute Adresse. Anlass unseres Aufenthalts war der 60ste Geburtstag unseres Freundes, dem wir, zusammen mit seiner Frau, beide aus Arnsberg stämmig, die Übernachtung im Ratskeller schenkten. Dazu kam der Besuch des Ruinenfestes, bei dem sich die Beiden einst kennengelernt hatten.

Nice friendly old hotel

Nice old hotel. Friendly staff and willing to help in English. Rooms had a very low ceiling due to the age (300 years old) and had character. The bathroom was fine but could do with a bit of a refresh. The bar area was very cosy and welcoming. Located very centrally.
