The vacation home is part of a block of two. We have bought two houses for our own use and rental. Both houses can be rented separately or at the same time. They are the same in terms of dimensions and facilities and mirror each other. You can connect the terraces with a retractable screen. Unique is the enlargement of the balconies that abut each other. In that place they are separated by a wooden partition for the necessary privacy. When renting both houses to a tenant, it is possible, if desired, to use both balconies by means of a rotatable part. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, conventional coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc.

The living room has a sofa with seating and relaxation options. The TV is a 4K Ultra HD device extended with a SoundBar. Via Canal Digitaal you receive almost all Dutch, Belgian, German and Austrian channels in HD quality. Both the TV and the SoundBar are connected to the Internet. Netflix and audio streaming via Bluetooth or Internet are possible.
There is also a wood stove for pleasant warmth.

The wash-dry combination is located in the toilet room on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with a luxury 2-person box spring bed (leather look), with reading lights on both sides. Furthermore, each bedroom has a large wardrobe. The bedroom on the garden side has patio doors to a spacious balcony over the entire width of the house. From here it has a wide view of the mountain and the ski lift. The ski lift is open in winter and summer and takes you from 700 meters to 1560 meters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a shower and the other a bath with shower facilities. The bath is of course also ideal for small children.

Via a special staircase you get access to the 2nd floor where two 1-person box springs can accommodate 2 people. The stairs to the 2nd floor are less suitable for people with walking difficulties.

From the living room you have access through patio doors to the covered terrace over the full width. The garden is 20 meters deep and terraced. A stream accessible to children flows at the end of the garden.
